一、設備配置：自動電腦配料、氣流輸送系統(tǒng)、自動混合系統(tǒng)、脈沖除塵系統(tǒng)、中轉(zhuǎn)料倉、計量充填包裝系統(tǒng)、檢修平臺、生產(chǎn)線總控制柜與電氣控制系統(tǒng)。

三、性能特點Main Function & Features：
1、集配料、混合、包裝于一體，配料、混合、包裝均為自動化；
Achieve automatically control & set the whole process of Batching、Mixing and Packing;
2、將3-10種物料，按照配方規(guī)定的重量配比自動配料后混合均勻，按5-25kg/袋、/袋規(guī)格自動計量、充填、包裝。
Automatically batch and mix 3~10 kinds of raw material uniform as computer formula,ａnd then pack them as 5~25kg/bag or ~1kg/bag;
3、大包裝規(guī)格使用預制復合膜袋或是編織袋，小包裝規(guī)格可采用全自動計量充填包裝。

4、生產(chǎn)線工藝流程設計、設備結(jié)構(gòu)設計、材料的選用符合防腐蝕的要求，設備能方便清理干凈，所有接觸物料部件作為304不銹鋼。Anti-corrosion is fully consideration form working process、structure design to selection of equipment material,304 stainless steel is used on the product touching surface of equipment, easy to clean,
5、因為水溶肥物料易吸潮，高溫易液化；本生產(chǎn)線設備配料、混料速度快，生產(chǎn)過程采用封閉設計，不會吸水返潮。
